Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at beamt.io (the "Site") or any services offered by Beamt, LLC ("Beamt," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits information through the Site, including early-access waitlists.

2. Description of Services

Beamt is an AI-first product company. The Site currently provides information about Beamt and its upcoming products, including Preflight and Talos, and allows interested parties to register for early access. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Products described on the Site are in development and have not yet launched commercially. Signing up for early access does not create a contractual obligation for Beamt to deliver any product by any particular date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without our express written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake email addresses on early-access forms.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
  • Impersonate Beamt or any Beamt personnel, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Beamt, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.

The Beamt name, logo, and product names (Preflight, Talos) are trademarks of Beamt, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use any Beamt trademark.

5. Early Access & Email Communications

When you submit your email address to join a product waitlist, you consent to receiving email communications from Beamt related to that product, including launch announcements, beta invitations, and updates. We will not sell your email address to third parties.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@beamt.io. Transactional and account-related emails are not subject to opt-out.

6. AI Products — Additional Terms

When Beamt products become available, supplemental terms specific to each product will apply and will be presented at the time of sign-up or purchase. The following general principles apply to all Beamt AI products:

  • Beamt AI products are general-purpose tools and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output produced by Beamt AI products before acting on it.
  • You may not use Beamt AI products to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or in violation of any third-party rights.
  • Telemetry and usage data may be collected to improve product reliability and performance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., X/Twitter, GitLab). Beamt is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BEAMT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEAMT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEAMT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BEAMT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beamt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any supplemental product terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beamt regarding your use of the Site and Services.
